Erilyan successfully delivered the complex elevated Mental Health Facility on Level 1, demonstrating effective coordination of multifaceted construction requirements. The facility comprises 48 private patient rooms with comprehensive day patient services, featuring two internal courtyards, in-house dining facilities, and 18 specialised group therapy and consultation rooms. The development incorporated 190 new parking spaces constructed beneath the building to support facility operations. Effective utilisation of advanced construction methodologies, including precast concrete and off-site pre-finished modular bathroom systems, optimised project delivery schedules. The scope also included a ground floor consulting suites building extension, delivering 13 additional consulting rooms configured across 6 secure, independently tenantable suites.
