Ramsay Healthcare expansion of Level 5 Operating Theatres. Project was undertaken in a live environment with numerous Hospital operations to be considered. Careful shutdown coordination with the Hospital to ensure minimal disruption to Patients and Staff. COVID-19 restrictions proved challenging mid project however were overcome with the reallocation of resources to get the project across the line. Regular 360 virtual walkthroughs with the client was useful for providing project updates as well as reducing the need for Physical site visits.
