Repositioning and upgrade of 3000m2 of retail tenancies and mall areas at the Hills Super Centre for Aventus Property. The works included creation of 4 new tenancies, new high end joinery ceiling finishes, new feature lighting, complete flooring upgrades with new feature floor finishes, new architectural shopfronts,  a complete upgrade of the existing services, upgrade of the essential services along with the introduction of new tenancy air conditioning systems.

The works were completed in and around existing trading tenancies and was completed in 7 weeks.
